A Thrillshare message was sent to HS parents last night regarding Orlando trip payments due on/before February 14th. Also, this morning, the students were given a yellow half sheet with information about trip balance, including credited fundraised money.

Hey guys! We are needing concession stand workers for UIL Solo/Ensemble on Saturday, 2/8 so please let us know if you can help. Remember: if you have not worked your 2 events your student cannot go on the Orlando trip in May!
Setup is at 8 am and the stand will be open to about 3 pm in the high school cafeteria.

We have been working to finalize and organize plans with the travel company over Christmas break and the last week or so...

While the trip payment due on Tuesday, January 14th, seems to have caught some of you off-guard, the students were informed and reminded daily and the information put in their Google Classroom last week. In addition, payment dates were finalized and tentative total costs presented at the band booster meeting at the beginning of December. Below is what is due currently and in the coming months leading up to our trip. These amounts are still slightly tentative as we completely solidify the trip but are current as of this mailing.
Student fundraising amounts will be applied by/before the February payment due date and notifications given to individual students. Please pay the currently due payment immediately. Payments can be made with cash or check (sealed envelope MARKED CLEARLY WITH NAME/S and "FL trip" placed in band hall lock box) or through the booster PayPal account (search [email protected]) -- there is a fee associated, so please add 3% to your payment if you choose to send PayPal. In addition, you may drop off payment at Realty Plus, 311 E Yeagua, with our booster treasurer, Kara McLelland.

Band Students - $1150 - $250 band booster payment = $900 TOTAL student cost - $150 deposit = $750
$200 - January 14th payment DUE
$185 - February 14th payment
$185 - March 14th payment
$180 - April 14th payment

Others at TRIPLE Occupancy - $1145 TOTAL cost - $150 deposit = $995
$250 - January 14th payment DUE
$250 - February 14th payment
$250 - March 14th payment
$245 - April 14th payment

Others at DOUBLE Occupancy - $1220 TOTAL cost - $150 deposit = $1070
$250 - January 14th payment DUE
$275 - February 14th payment
$275 - March 14th payment
$270 - April 14th payment

Others at SINGLE Occupancy - $1445 TOTAL cost - $150 deposit = $1295
$300 - January 14th payment DUE
$335 - February 14th payment
$330 - March 14th payment
$330 - April 14th payment

Also please note that your student meeds to have volunteered or have someone volunteer at 2 events to qualify for the trip.
