I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and I have several years of experience conducting Bio-psycho-social Assessments and Diagnosis for children, adolescents, and their families in a variety of diverse settings. I have experience working with ethnically, and economically diverse populations, and use a strengths based approach to service delivery. I have worked with children, adolescents,
and their families in multiple settings including an Enhanced Care Clinic in Hartford CT, Outpatient Clinics including a School Based Health Center (Middle School) in Southeastern CT, as well as in an Elementary School setting. I currently provide Outpatient Mental Health Therapy for children, adolescents, and adults and have fallen in love with the level of care that private practices can deliver to their client’s. I want to take my services a step further, and provide services with those with limited mobility, or have other extenuating circumstances that make it difficulty for them to obtain services outside of the home environment. I pride my work on getting a full perspective of the biological, psychological, and environmental factors that may be contributing to the individual’s behavior and symptoms, while utilizing their strengths and natural supports, to help them reach their full potential. I also practice from a Trauma informed lens that includes trainings in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Risking Connection training. I am currently accepting referrals, and look forward to providing services to client’s in a unique capacity.
