No Wake Zone Retreat is a custom log cabin located in very popular Woodard Hollow on Grand Lake. HOUSE DETAILS: The house has 3 bedrooms (plus loft) and 2 baths with beautiful views of the lake from every level of the house. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor (one King and one Queen bed), with a third bedroom in the basement (Queen bed). The loft has two built-in twin beds, as well as two full
sized futons. There are TVs in all bedrooms, with WIFI enabled TVs in the living areas. The house has 100Mbps high speed internet for streaming whatever you like: movies, sporting events, or music. PRIVATE DOCK - You won't find a property with a better dock/place to hang while at the lake!! Our house is located at the back of Woodard Hollow in a NO WAKE ZONE cove. No getting beat up by huge waves of boats speeding by! There is an extra boat slip available for guest use, plus 3 PWC lifts for Wave Runners/Jet Skis. The dock also includes a large swim deck with ladder and slide, WIFI, Bluetooth Stereo, TV, and an enclosed fishing area for those cold spring/fall days. COTTAGE: We are putting the finishing touches on our 900 SQFT cottage that is an awesome hangout for the kids (AND ADULTS)!! Complete with A/C and heat, it boasts a Ping Pong table, Air Hockey table, WIFI, TV, Dart Gun Wall, Nerf Basketball, and don't forget CO****LE!!!. Larger families/groups can also take advantage of the 2 sets of twin bunk beds for sleeping! OUTSIDE/YARD - At just under an acre, this property has plenty of room for the kids to run around. There is also ample space for parking cars and trailers. Near the cottage there is a large fire pit area perfect for an evening hangout and s'more roast! OTHER: Guests will have full use of the golf cart to assist transport of people and coolers from the main living area of the house down to the boat dock ramp without having to climb stairs.
