One of our favorite weird and wonderful plant and critter combos in Sonoma County! If you're in the area this spring to early summer - keep your eyes out for California , the coolest black caterpillars with orange (soft) spikes, and the beautiful (mostly black with iridescent blue/purple and orange). The plant has heart-shaped green leaves part of the year and is bare with "pipes" part of the year. Share your photos with us!
