Sea Dreams
Ocean Therapy

She walked along the shoreline
Soaking in the light
Of the rising sun
Its warmth soothed her heart
The sea had become her therapy...

Her spirit rose
As she listened intently
To the voice
Of her beloved sea
Whispering sentiments
Of love and serenity...

Breathing in the chilled salty air
Replenished her lungs
With much needed freshness
Filling each moment
With breaths of peace...

With each lapping wave
Washing the shore
The sea mist sprayed upon her skin
Washing away her pain and woes
Soothing her spirit...

The waves --
Emerald
Turquoise
And shades of cerulean
Crashed upon the golden shore
Easing her weary mind
Alleviating her stress and woe...

She couldn't look away
Her eyes transfixed
Upon the breathtaking scenery
That held her gaze
In wonder and delighted tranquility...

White powder
Caressed her toes
With soft yet with firm footing
She left her footprints
Upon the powdery sands...

She daydreamed
That she was walking
Upon cushions of clouds
Silk and lace
She revelled in this glorious moment
Recovering her ability to dream...

Letting go of all troubles
Feeling a rush of release
She let go
As the warm tears flowed
Down her sunlit wind kissed cheeks
She felt freedom take hold ...

Ready now to face anything
With a clearer perspective
She started her journey home
With love and peace
Rekindling her soul...

When planning a destination wedding, how do you decide when there are so many beautiful places? Well, we chose to exchange our vows in a destination that neither of us had explored before. A new beginning and a new country! We are so glad we chose Costa Rica. Here are some photos from our wedding….it was literally picture perfect!

In January I took my first trip to Costa Rica! We all fell in love with the country. The food, the people, the culture….all of it! A huge shout out to Freddy Campos for arranging our transportation and our excursions. We can not wait to go back and explore more of this beautiful country! 🇨🇷
