No pets are allowed, per HOA bylaws. No smoking inside the units. No more than 4 overnight occupants. I accept PayPal and VENMO. There is a 10 day cancelation policy and cancellations resulting from our being placed under a Hurricane Watch, will be fully refunded. Walk next door to the Surf Style/Island Market for everything you need! You'll find a very nice gourmet foods section, as well as just about every other kind of groceries you can imagine. Waffle House is just next door, The Hangout, bike rentals, restaurants, and countless other restaurants and attractions are all within a half mile walk!
