The gulf is angry this afternoon. The rain has arrived and we are under a tornado watch until 9pm. I would still rather be here than at work but with a tornado we might end up in OZ or at least New Orleans?

The weather was so nice we decided to give our director of security some time off and let him go swimming!

Arrived late Saturday and the weather was okay Sat to Mon, warm but over cast. Tuesday was rain and strong winds. It was not great but I would rather be at the Lonesome Seagull than in Atlanta.

If you are looking to stay at the Lonesome Seagull this summer it might be too late if you have not booked yet. May and July only have one week each available. June is completely booked! March and April have a few weeks available. August thru November is still open!

We are at the Lonesome Seagull doing the spring cleaning and have added a few new touches in the bunk room. A new night stand and a rather large Scooby Doo cardboard cut out. I guess we will have to start calling this the Scooby Doo room!

We have had some inquiries about available dates. We have had a couple of cancellations! A week in June and a week in July are now available! They won’t last long head to the website and book them. We also have one available in April and two in May.
