Who is joining me in Ireland?

September 5th – 11th, 2023

This is a Fearless and Fabulous retreat so you know we are keeping it small and fun. This retreat is absolutely packed with so much sightseeing and exploring but we will certainly make time for breathwork and meditation as well.

We will fly into Dublin and head to Wicklow, Glendalough, and Kilkenny. We will see Guiness Lake, St. Canice Cathedral and Kilkenny Castle. We will also make a pitstop at Smithwick’s to enjoy Ireland’s oldest ale before settling in for the night in Kilkenny. After leaving Kilkenny we will head to Cashel and Cork where you will have your chance to kiss the legendary Blarney stone at Blarney Castle if you wish. From there we will go to Cobh. This was the last port of call for the Titanic and we will take part in the Titanic experience. We will spend the night in Cork where you can explore some of this foodie heaven.

That is already so much but there is more. We are going to The Ring of Kerry and experiencing all its key attractions. There is so much to do that we will be in Killarney to take in all of the sights and the “craic agus ceiol (The fun and music).

Of course, the Cliffs of Moher is a must to visit as well as Doolin, Connemara and Cong as we make our way to Galway to take in Ireland’s Cultural Heart. We will be participating in breathwork and meditation all along the way but Kylemore Abbey and Gardens is the place where you can truly take in the beauty and tranquility of rural Ireland and find a quiet place to breathe it all in. While in Galway we will have time to explore Eyre square, shop street, cathedrals, and castles.

You simply can’t leave Ireland without having an Irish Coffee and what better place to do that than at Seanie’s bar which is listed as one of the “25 Most Incredible bars in the world”.
