The "Beary Best" Beach House is a brand-new cottage (built in June 2021), located on the corner of Sandpiper Lane and West 13th St in Gulf Shores.

Sleeps 12, Private Pool, 3-minute walk to beach. This low-density coastal community, consisting of roughly 6 cottages, features lagoon views, and is only 2-blocks (250-yards) from the public beach access at the end of W. 13th St. The development backs up to Little Lagoon and a boardwalk which goes to Little Lagoon Pass Park and Pier. Located 2.7 miles from the Hangout, Beary Best Beach House is co

nvenient to the all of the dining, shopping, and entertainment that Gulf Shores has to offer. Built in 2021, our cottage features a private balcony with lagoon views, a private pool, 10' ceilings, granite counters and vanities, tile backsplash, stainless appliances, full-sized washer & dryer, side-by-side refrigerator, custom cabinetry, shiplap wall, crown molding, plank flooring throughout, & custom-tiled walk-in showers. Professionally decorated with a coastal-elegant theme, this home consists of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main level consists of an open floorplan featuring a well-equipped kitchen, full bath with tub and shower, living area with balcony access, and dining area with seating for 6 at the table plus 4 at the bar. The master suite and second bedroom feature a king-sized bed & private bath with walk-in tile shower. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and is connected to the fourth bedroom, which has a full over full bunk bed (sleeps 4), by a jack-and-jill bath. Every bedroom features a flat-screen TV. With a sofa-sleeper in the living area The Beary Best Beach House can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests.

This place is a MAIN "GO TO" four us, and our guests. It's very close. It's very comfortable. It's very clean. They've got a decent menu and great service!

The Beach House Kitchen & Cocktails is a Gulf Shores favorite. We offer the best casual seafood dining experience on the island!

Great Spring break for family
Great area with easy access to beach (~2 blocks, no problem with 3,6,8 yr old kids). Pool was enjoyable as a way to enjoy the water/sun at the house. Beautiful sunset views. Nearby pizza, coffee, and restaurants. Rooms clean and comfortable. Easy check in and communication with hosts. Thank you!

Fun month-long getaway
We really enjoyed our month-long stay (February 2022) at The Beary Best Beach House. The house was clean and modern and had all the amenities we needed for our workcation. The view of the sunsets from the back deck was glorious. There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay, but these nice folks were quick to respond and get the necessary folks out to fix the issues (WiFi and AC). The house was in a great location, the perfect walking distance to the beach (even with our toddler), and a quick drive to restaurants.
