Welcome to The Cute Condo on the Boulevard located in beautiful Gulf Shores, Alabama where you will enjoy the white sandy beaches and rolling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The Gulf is just 100 feet away across the boulevard; then just follow the private beach access along the wooden path to the gorgeous beach and waves. The Cute Condo features all the amenities of home offering a full equipped kit

chen, social area that includes a queen sofa sleeper, and wall mounted tv with cable. A stack laundry unit and half bath for convenience, and more is located off the hallway. The master suite features a king size bed allowing for total comfort and the mater bath has been remodeled that includes a double shower for convenience. Wifi is provided along with a bar area between the kitchen and dinette that makes a perfect work space. Whether you enjoy long quiet walks on the beach or relaxing poolside there is soon to be a brand new pier for fishing, etc. and a gazebo for small gatherings. Important... ********There is one free covered parking spot with The Cute Condo on the Boulevard. Summer House West is a small, low rise complex with a total of 32 condos. It has 3 buildings and the back building sets on Little Lagoon. There are no elevators, only stairs. Snowbirds are always welcome and offered a monthly rental discount for November - April.
