You do not need to be in your room for your luggage to be picked up. Please allow one (1) hour from luggage pull time for your luggage to be picked up. Golf Clubs will not be picked up by the luggage staff. Please bring them to the bus with you or give to the Bell Desk for transport. At the airport, you MUST claim your luggage and take it with you to the check in counter.

Flight Departure: 8:00 am Nevada Time. You must arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to departure time. Ticket counter closes 30 minutes prior to departure.

In preparation for your return trip please note the following:
· Check-in begins 2 hours prior to flight departure and requires a valid photo ID to receive your boarding pass.
· Heightened security measures require that passengers be transported to the airport with enough time to process both passengers and their luggage through the security requirements.
· You may bring one small carry-on luggage and one personal item on board. Please place any medications that you may require in your carry-on luggage.
· Please do not put medication, electronics or necessary medical equipment in your checked luggage.
· Please make sure all checked luggage is tagged with your name as it appears on your driver’s license.
· Department of Transportation regulations require that all checked luggage must be matched with passengers on the aircraft. Unidentified luggage will not be loaded on the aircraft.
· Please do not pack any glass or sharp objects such as nail files, bottles, and scissors in your carry-on luggage.
· Please do not place a lock on your luggage due to security regulations.
