It isn't to early to book your Spring and Summer beach time! Below are some of the restaurants that you can walk to from our location!

We are beach side/Gulf view and just steps from the sand. We are also centrally located on the corner of West Beach Blvd and 4th Street. You can walk wherever you please and it is an easy walk to the town area. Even better we have a great oceanview, even though we are not beach front. Our complex parking is also easy, even for bigger vehicles! We also have a beautiful pool area!! Our complex is small set up in "pods" of 4 condos in each pod. Take the time to check us out.

In October I was at our condo and saw some young boys jumping off the balcony into the pool from another owners condo. I told them to get down from there and stop that. Of course the boy getting ready to jump got smart mouthed and jumped off anyway.
I would like to take a moment, after hearing of an incident at another complex, to ask the spring/fall breakers to PLEASE STOP! Not only are the pools not deep enough to be jumped into at that height the balconies are not always as close as you think they are when looking down into the pools.
It just so happened the boys I got onto at our complex were not actually renting a place, they from the Foley area and were visiting girls they had met the evening before. Luckily he did hit the water and was not injured.
From what I hear the person involved in the recent incident at another complex did have severe injuries.
If you know your student your is going on break without you please reiterate the importance of keeping their common sense to be safe and considerate of the owners property. It is these incidents that drive the cost of insurance up for the complexes and the condo owners who take a chance and rent to you so you can enjoy your break, which in turn raises rental cost for other people.
To these students, have fun but please keep your sense of right and wrong so your parents
aren't called in regards to you being hurt and taken to a hospital miles away from home.
