We are an experienced Home Watch service with one goal: to address the needs of absentee homeowners with vacation properties in Gulf Shores & Orange Beach

If you live 90+ minutes away from your Alabama Gulf Coast vacation home, Gulf Getaway Guardians ("GGG") wants to be your friend at the beach. GGG is an National Home Watch Association-accredited company, providing Home Watch and Concierge services to monitor your home, help protect your investment and handle the countless personal and professional "to-do" list items that are tough to coordinate fr

om a distance. Storm coming? We can do storm-readiness (i.e. bring outside furniture inside, for starters!) along with post-storm property monitoring, service call management and repair coordination. LICENSED, INSURED AND BONDED

Some of our basic Home Watch services include:

- Storm readiness
- Check for post-storm structural damage
- Check plumbing for leaks under all sinks, toilets and the hot water heater
- Check refrigerator and freezer temperature
- Remove newspapers, advertising
- Bring in mail, trash cans
- Sweep around front entrance
- Check lights inside and out, replace bulbs if necessary
- Alarm system check
- Make sure all doors and windows are locked
- Heat and AC temperature settings
- Heat and AC filter replacement
- Run garbage disposals to lubricate seals
- Check for pests and mold
