I have a 1 bedroom/1 bath at The Cove. It is less than 1 mile from The Hangout on W Beach. Condo is across the street from the beach and located behind Pier 33 Grocery.
Great location and close to everything.
It has been newly updated with appliances, cabinets, a nice coffee bar and new flooring..
The pool is 17 steps from the condo which is super nice. It's a large pool so plenty of room for all the guests. You can message me with any questions you have. I have not updated the pictures on the website below because I am still decorating. I included a few pictures that I have taken after the remodeling.

We now have countertops and it is looking so good. I am now taking reservations for March starting on 7th. It could be ready earlier but just not sure because we still have flooring, some painting, tile for backsplash and a few other things. Ok, LET'S DO SOMETHING FUN. HOW ABOUT A TRIP TO THE BEACH!!! I am going to give away a FREE night(s) at the condo!!
If you rent 3 nights or more between MARCH 1st and AUGUST 31st 2021, I will put your name in a drawing for the following: You will have the option of 2 free nights(depending upon availability and must be consecutive) from Sept 10th 2021 thru Feb 28th 2022 or you can book a 3 night stay(consecutive dates)from March 1st 2022 thru August 31st 2022(which would be during prime season) and get one of those nights free.

Well, Hello everyone we are getting to that time of the year.. Spring break is coming and then the sweet summertime full of sunshine, waves and sand. If you would like to book your spring break at The Cove 104-C let me know.. I will say this don't wait to schedule your vacation time due to some condo complexes will not be open until possibly June or July(and some will be longer) because the recovery from Sally is still going on.
We look forward to another great year from everyone... Also, I want to thank each one for taking excellent care of the condo last year during your stay..

Love that people enjoy our little piece of heaven on earth!! This is a review that I received on The Cove page.

We stayed here last week, family of four with two teenage boys. Loved the pool right out the door, fishing in the lagoon and close to the beach. The mattress is sooooo comfortable, thought that was worth mentioning! 😂 give this place your consideration ❤️

UPDATED CALENDAR!!!!
Here is my calendar for the condo at The Cove thru July.. Only 2 full weekends left in July.
The weather and water have been absolutely beautiful this month... Restaurants are opening up at the beaches on May 11th... Pools are open and hopefully this weather will warm up a little.. I know it's coming I am just rushing it.. Lol!!

Don't forget the give away I am doing if you rent 3 nights or more between now and August 31st..
