I just closed on another unit in Gulf Shores Alabama yesterday! We have big plans for this unit with a remodel to be done in March.

We are scraping the popcorn ceilings, installing new bathroom vanities with granite tops, replacing the bedroom carpet with hard surface flooring, painting the whole unit, getting a new leather sleeper sofa and 2 leather rocker/swivel recliners, getting a new washer/dryer and all new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen.

When I see these numbers I instantly think of all the amazing memories that are made while families are vacationing together. Now that the election is behind us it's time to take a beach vacation and relax a bit. November and December is my favorite time to be at the beach! The temps are warm enough to enjoy the beach and not so hot you feel like you are roasting. The nightly rent in November is about a third of what it is in the summer and the traffic is not bad at all this time of year. All of my complexes seasonally heat the pools so you can still swim as well! Feel free to reach out to me with any questions, I am happy to help!
