The winds laid down enough this morning for us to head out to Egmont Key and found the water to be pretty clear all things considered. Did a little snorkeling 🤿 ,had a visit from our friend Manny the manatee and saw tons of fish 🐟 a couple pelicans and a playful pod of Dolphins 🐬 to wake surf with! If you wanna book a snorkeling trip, book for the morning to stay away from afternoon winds! Then a stop at Shell 🐚 Key where they were able to find a few sand dollars and shells! Before booking on a big head boat that carries up to 49 people and be told where you are going and how long your there. Check into smaller affordable private charters! Take control of your day, bring your own food,favorite beverage and hear the music you want to hear! Go where you want to go, and what time you want to go!
Large head boats charge their fee plus service charges, gratuity for each person.
Head boat-For example 6 people on a 4 hour sandbar party is minimum $508 plus tax and fees

6- passenger 4.5 hours $475 and no Fees
We offer 2.5 hour, 3.5 hours 4.5 hours and 6 hours. But you’re welcome to choose anything else’s and we will price accordingly!

It’s been a tough week trying to get ourselves back and ready to do business again. Captain Jon with Beach Charters By The Bay and I worked hand-in-hand to help clean up the marina along with many other captains. Captain Jon and I also continued to help each other to get our businesses set up for success here in the near future! Chasin Dreams found a new temporary home not too far away from the marina. We want to thank John and Cara Murphy for making this possible. Hopefully we will be able to start running trips within the next few days as the water begins to clear up and allow the citizens to deal with their homes.

Captain Jon with Beach Charters By The Bay, Captain Allen with Allen’s Aquatic Adventures and his first mate Rebecca worked tirelessly in the back of the marina to help get it cleaned up so they could do evaluations and figure out what needs to be done. It looks like we are all going to be set up for success and ready to start running trips again in the very near future, just giving the citizens of Gulfport a little more time to take care of the things they need to take care of !
