Stateroom 2475 aft right corner. Loved the layout. However, it is located above the mooring ropes. Every time the ropes were pulled out or in, the room violently vibrated. I thought the lights were going to fall off the mirror.
I didn't get off the ship in Cozumel. I will be back there in 18 days. It rained most of the morning. There was a beautiful rainbow at the back of the ship.
Saturday night, the gulf was ROCKIN' AND ROLLIN'. One of my neighbors vomited most of the night.
I met a lot of people. One couple was from Iowa, about 20 minutes from Coralville, a place I traveled to as a District Manager for Movie Gallery back in the day. Not to mention, Jeanne and Ken from Farmington MO and Adontis from New Orleans.
Tea Time is my new favorite thing to do on Sea Days.
Overall, I had a blast and will likely take another solo cruise.

Oh WOW! This is the same model Boeing airplane that was grounded in 2019 after those crashes involving the automated flight control system.

The airlines grounded all Max 9s again Sunday while they waited to be told how to inspect the planes to prevent another inflight blowout like the one that damaged an Alaska jet.

Cruise lines are looking for a refresh. Carnival expects 580 drydock days and Norwegian is refurbing Norwegian Joy before she begins sailing from Miami in February.

As orders for new ships have slowed amid inflation and high interest rates, several cruise lines have launched extensive renovation projects to punch up their older tonnage.
