It is ๐ŸŒฎ around here! But we are holding out to devour some of the best birria tacos in the area. Gordo's Way in offers a wide variety of delicious food including birria ramen, nachos, burritos and more. While they may not be open for taco Tuesdays, you can catch them every weekend to get your fix.

They are open Friday-Saturday 11 a.m. until 11 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m.

It's TIMEEEEEE! โ„๐ŸŽ„Christmas parade season is finally here! Albertville will kick it off this Thursday night with a tree lighting ceremony at 5:00 p.m. followed by the Thanksgiving and Christmas Parade at 5:30 p.m!

Our friends in are kicking off the Christmas spirit this week! ๐ŸŽ… On Thursday, November 21 the festivities kick off at 5:30 p.m. with their Thanksgiving/Christmas parade in their downtown. Following their parade, they will light their downtown Christmas tree. ๐ŸŽ„ Sand Mountain Skate also opens on this day to the public for some ice skating. On Friday, November 22, the the Downtown Block Party: Holiday Edition kicks off from 5 to 8:30 p.m. Their Red Hot Chili Cook-Off will take place where attendees can purchase tickets to taste the variety of chili options. Lastly, on November 23, the holiday open house, "Have Yourself a LOCAL Little Christmas" will be from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. with shops overflowing with Christmas joy in the downtown. Carriage rides, cookies with Santa, Christmas story time and so much more will happening! ๐Ÿฅณ Make plans to head to Albertville for some merriment all weekend long! A staple in the Guntersville area is Crawmamas Seafood ๐Ÿ˜‹ This restaurant may look questionable when you pull into the parking lot, however, you will be sold as soon as you walk in. This hole-in-the-wall restaurant has become one of the best places in the area to get fresh seafood. Crawfish, crab legs, shrimp, oysters and even steak are some of the items you can find on their menu. They are only open Thursday through Saturday for dinner.

Making your winter plans? โ„ Then good news! Sand Mountain Skate will be back this year for family fun ice skating. They are moving to downtown to the farmers market parking lot. They will open on November 21 during the city of Albertvilleโ€™s tree lighting to kick off the holiday season. It will be open Thursday through Sundays until January 11, 2025.
