Meet Aravelle — the newest wine grape developed by Professor Bruce Reisch and his team from Cornell University.

The grape is a hybrid of Riesling, the Finger Lakes region’s top European-derived white grape, and Cayuga White, an earlier Cornell hybrid descended primarily from native American grapes. And it is 42 years in the making. https://l.nyup.com/do2vs1
