We are proud to announce a partnership with Salty Shorts Realty, where we will be Account Executives offering their stunning, short-term rental properties on the Atlantic coast, near Wilmington, North Carolina!

We are expanding our Mexico resort vacation rental business to include these high-end beach homes here in North Carolina. You’ll receive the same outstanding customer service we’re known for with our resort properties in Mexico, but we now have some options closer to home, in a private and luxurious setting.

We will be offering these homes in a similar rental arrangement as the popular “BNB” style of short-term rental agreements, but without all of the added corporate fees.

Why book with us instead of one of the popular online rental groups?

* No hidden charges
* No questionable “owner managed” properties
* No condos/apartments - these are all single family homes or duplexes, so you’ll have no other guests above or below you.

I want to take a minute to clarify some recent confusion for my customers.

It has come to my attention that one of my competitors is sending out emails to my customers, indicating that they have unpaid deposits and that their reservation may be canceled if not paid. The email appears to come from “Royal Elite”, but it is not.

I suspect it is a situation of getting on their email distribution list by getting a quote, but not actually booking thru them. I believe the emails were sent in error.

These emails are very misleading and driving a lot of confusion. I assure you that if you sent a deposit to me, that money has been applied to your reservation. All of my customers receive receipts showing the deposit was applied.

The email has an “unsubscribe” option at the bottom, if you chose to no longer receive emails from this company.

Royal Elite generally has no reason to contact my customers directly about their reservations. As a good rule of thumb, if you get an email that appears to be from Royal Elite, please look at the email address it was sent from. If it has the word “weeks” or “rental” in the email address, it is NOT from Royal Elite. Any correspondence concerning your reservation would come from [email protected]

We never share or sell our customer information, so you can feel confident when booking with us.
