-Steps to the entrance of Boar’s Head Beach
-.4 miles south to the 1st entrance of Hampton Beach
-.7 miles South to Hampton Beach Main Strip
Living Space: Oversized living room with great views of the ocean on second floor and large living room with view of the marsh and sunsets on the 3rd floor. Plenty of LARGE screen TV’s throughout. Large kitchen that makes it perfect to prepare your meals and relax after a day at the beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove/oven, microwave, a dual Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, etc. Cooking utensils, pots, pans, silverware and basics like oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, etc. are provided.

-(1) 2nd floor bedroom has queen size bed, AC with full bath including washer / dryer.
-(2) 2nd floor bedroom has queen size bed,
AC and full size pull out couch.
-(3) 3rd floor master bedroom has king size bed, AC, 1/2 bath, slider to private balcony with 5 lounge chairs, 2 gas log fireplaces with seating.
-(4) 3rd floor guest bedroom has queen size bed, AC with slider to walk out furnished balcony.
(Sleeps 10 including linens and pillows)

Towels, beach towels and toiletries are included. Each shower has shampoo, conditioner and body soap dispenser.
Balconies: The 3 balcony’s have outdoor ashtrays, barrel’s, furniture where you can sit and soak up the Ocean breeze. Enjoy a morning coffee (sunrises across the street) or grilling enjoying beautiful sunsets and afternoon drinks from the rear balconies. Higher fireworks are visible from the lounge chairs on the front balcony.
Parking: Parking is private and offers 4 cars wide and up to 8 cars total.
Play At Home: We provide 4 co****le boards, bags, 6 boogie boards (3 different sizes), 4 backpack chairs, frisbee, football, bocce ball, beach wagon, beach toys, etc.
Access: Unit located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The property requires steps to enter and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.
Policies: No smoking inside (all 3 balconies have ashtrays)
-Pets allowed ($100 per pet if agreed and on lease)
-No parties, large events or large gatherings
-Must be at least 25 years old to book
-Photo ID may be required upon check-in
Deposits and cancellation policy:
-Maid fee waived (350.00) if booked by Jan 1st
-50% deposit required for booking
-100% refund if you cancel 30 days before check in
-No refund if you cancel within 30 days before check in
-Last 50% due 30 days before check in
Damage and Incidentals:
-You assume responsibility for any damage done to the rental property by you or your guests.
