There are two open porches and one enclosed porch for eating and lounging. Our house has an upgraded kitchen with appliances. There is a TV and coffee bar on the counters. Plenty of space in the fridge and a large formal dining room. For sleeping, we have three queen beds, two double beds, one single bed, a futon couch, two queen air beds and two single air beds. The living room/den has a gas fireplace and a large Smart TV with remote. The master suite has a queen bed with private high end bathroom with shower and private television with remote. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The fourth bedroom has a double bed. The fifth bedroom has a full bed. We also have available two queen airbeds. For children, we provide a high chair, Graco Play Yard, books and toys. There are children's channels available on the Smart TV.
