Sunday rides are not only good exercise, they are also my physical therapy for the injuries I've accumulated.

I wish that I could tell you that every broken bone and pulled muscle was from riding my bike or climbing or paddling but I can't.

Too many of them came from doing grunt work.
In any case, my main injury is my lower back; it hurts to sit or to stand still for too long.

Cycling improves my overall wellness and is so much fun that I forget it's a workout/therapy...until I'm done😄 Getting to ride my bicycle is also great mental therapy - kinda like meditating or getting in the zone while running.

It puts me back together at the end of the week😊Maybe it can help you too.
