We had the opportunity in October to check out the new Journey of Water, and we were blown away by how fun and beautiful it was! We experienced it both in the morning and at night.

First, know it is NOT a ride. You walk through the water cycle. You can choose to get wet or not.

There are so many fun water things to do! You can work together to make the waves bigger and smaller, you can play music using your hands in water, you learn all about water, and even get to have a picture with Te Fiti!

My kids favorite part was when they got to stop a waterfall to walk under it!

Night time, the area lights up and is my personal favorite time to visit.

It’s a must experience for me!

Just booked the F and F family for a 5 night 6 day stay at the fabulous Yacht Club at Disney World!

I have not personally stayed at the Yacht Club, but I have been to Beach Club!

The Yacht Club is located at the back gates of the World Showcase at Epcot. They will be able to walk to Epcot within minutes! They will also be choosing to use either the Boat, Skyline or Walk to Hollywood Studios! The Bus takes you to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, and Disney Springs.

The pool is my personal favorite of all Disney Resorts and is one of the best on property!

Food is delicious there! I recommend the Cape May Cafe to all who go for either Breakfast (with characters) or Dinner (no characters) for a yummy buffet!

Port Orleans French Quarters is an awesome moderate level resort at WDW!

It is a cozy, smaller resort that is based off of New Orleans! The jazzy feeling you get when you walk through the doors is amazing!

We love staying here for the location, pool, and atmosphere! The greenery and water fountains are so pretty. The river runs behind the rooms and the ferry takes you to Disney Springs.

Port Orleans Riverside is around a 10-15min walk down the path. You can also use the pool there if you choose!

The rooms hold 4 adults and have 2 queen beds. The toilet and tub are separate from the double sinks.

We love staying here, especially with kids of all ages. The food court offers something for everyone! The pool is just the right size, with a splash pad and a water slide. The arcade is fun as well!

The Journey of Water inspired by Moana opens on October 16!

Go through this gorgeous walk through area in Epcot and choose the wet or dry path. Play with the water and interact with it.

I will be experiencing it that week when we are down there.

It is NOT a ride, but an amazing experience.

Disney Cruise Line is such a great way to relax! Halloween is such a great experience!

Have you thought about sailing on the Disney Dream?

They have Halloween on the High Seas cruises that looks like an amazing time!

Have you experienced ths Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party? It is my favorite party!

Our favorite character experience goes to Captain Jack Sparrow during the Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party!

Our two kids decided to dress up as Jack and Elizabeth during the party and man was that a blast! Jack re-tied my sons sash to be like his, because it was magical.

He questioned why my daughter would be Elizabeth because all she did was caused him problems 🤣.

He took 10mins with our pirates and they loved every second of it!

We also had Elizabeth and Jack tip their hats to the kids during the parade, the Evil Queen bowed to them when the curtsied and bowed to her.

The Not So Scary is totally worth It to us!

Picture this…. It’s a hot day at Epcot. You have just gotten off of Figment and notice it is about to start raining. You don’t want to get soaked….

Where do you go?

Well, you head out of Journey into Imagination, up the hill by the jumping fountains. Go into the Imagination Pavilion!

Here you will find Mickey all dressed in his tux! It is usually a short to no wait time. Get your pictures with the Mouse himself and then head into Disney and Pixar Short Films and relax, cool off, and stay dry as you watch 3 shorts.

It is a great time! The seats even interact with the films!

Let’s talk Tron!
Tron is the newest ride at Disney World! It has been long awaited!
There are 2 ways to ride Tron. The first way is try to get in the Virtual queue! 7am it opens and you use your my Disney experience app to be added to the line. If you don’t get into the earlier queue, you can try again at 1pm!
You will be called In group numbers (so keep an eye on the line) and once your group number is shown, you have one hour to get to the line! (No, they will not let you on earlier or if you miss your ride).

The second way is a paid lightning line where you pay a fee for each rider and you choose your time.

The ride is super fast and smooth! You start by being scanned into the grid, then head down and get ready to ride!

60mph launch into the smoothest ride ever! You have 2 ways to ride. The first is the light cycle bikes which you hop on like a motorcycle( check the rest seat to see if you comfortably fit prior to the ride. It is hard for people who have issues with their legs/knees). The second is the light rover that is a bench seat with a lap bar.

It is a quick 90 second ride, but worth it!

Have you heard about mousekeeping? If you stay at a Moderate Level or Value Level hotel you can opt into having them come clean your hotel room every other day! If you are staying at a deluxe hotel it is daily!

We had some extra magic from our Mouse Keepers, and they decorated our room using stuffed animal and ears! They are amazing!
