Our Story

Magnolia WV is a collection of properties, Magnolia in the Woods is a Modern Cabin located on 4 wooded acres on Sleepy Creek in Berkeley Springs WV, 2 hours from both Baltimore and DC, and Magnolia Pond Farm is a 1800s farmhouse/log cabin in Harpers Ferry WV, 1 hour and 15 minutes from Baltimore and DC. The farmhouse was fully renovated in 2019, and the cabin was renovated in 2017.
