"...It doesn’t require a law degree to recognize that selling liquor and enforcing the laws that control the public consumption of alcohol represent an inherent conflict of interest.

It’s time to let the private sector sell alcohol and let the state do what it’s supposed to do: tax it and enforce the laws governing it."
