This is a delightful all purpose room with a full window seat to comfortably accommodate any size party. Electric baseboard heat + electric water heater inconspicuous to visitors. This house is extremely energy efficient and handicap accessible for the entire first floor. A steel roof secures the entire building + French drainage system bypasses the building as well. Deep well spring water, sewerage system, upgrade Electrical. Fully furnished for short occupancy from 1 day to 3 months.
