Down Cape Charters & Boat Rentals is a family owned business located on the eastern shore of Pleasant Bay, the largest contiguous bay along the Cape Cod National Seashore. With over 30 years in business we have established a reputation of providing guests with a unique and pleasurable day on the water. Down Cape operates from the beach and dock of Cape Cod’s premier resort, the Wequassett Resort a

nd Golf Club. ALL OF OUR SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE TO RESORT GUESTS AS WELL AS THE GENERAL PUBLIC. We currently offer:

- The newest, most dependable rental fleet on Cape Cod (powerboats, sailboats, kayaks and paddle boards).
- A selection of exciting private tours within Pleasant Bay – suitable for the entire family.

We hoisted Ian atop Maria's mast to attach a weathervane today. It made for some interesting photos.

Maria is our USCG Inspected 12 passenger daysailer. You can find her sailing on Pleasant Bay all day, when conditions allow. Charter details and additional Maria specs can be found on our website.

The whales have not been far off the North cut and they have been putting on a good show for us lately. We took this trip a few days ago and we were surrounded by pods of whales. We saw about 5 breeches in a 2 hour trip. It was amazing!
