We arrived in Vancouver yesterday. We are in a hotel right across the street from the port, and this is the view from our room.

Four years ago today, Bill and I were in Pompeii. As a Latin teacher, I felt so connected with our visit. Seeing the things that I teach kids!

However, these statues remind me of the singing statues at the end of the Haunted Mansion ride!

Four years ago today, we were at the Capitoline Museum in Rome. This is the museum in Rome for antiquities. The Capitoline She-Wolf is one of the most famous statues of this time period. Here she is with the twins, Romulus and Remus.

They have these little booths on the Dream and the Fantasy. You have to be a small group to get one of these. On this particular occasion five years ago, it was just three of us adults. I felt spoiled!

-we make those calls that can sometimes go on for more than an hour.
-we helped you get refunds during Covid travel when you booked with us.

Big box stores give great incentives--I've seen them! But, when trouble arrives the day before your vacation, you will not get any customer service or help.

Travel agents are small, local businesses too, so contact your travel agent to book that next vacation!
