With beautifully lit ice sculptures to set the mood throughout the downtown area, you will find lots to do and see, including live ice-carving demonstrations, a chili cook-off, live performances, character meet & greets, corn hole boards made of ice, fire pits & s'mores, in-store specials, and more! Inside the STAR Centre, you'll find vendors, performances, and more!

23rd Annual Frostbite Walk

New Year's Fireworks Canceled / Duck Drop Festivities as Planned

Due to an abundance of caution, the New Year's fireworks display has been canceled. While rainfall is not projected for midnight, the possibility of severe weather leading up to midnight makes it hazardous for the crew on the fireworks barge. The City of Havre de Grace desires to ring in the new year with fireworks; however, doing so at the risk to the safety of others is not prudent.

The Duck Drop will go on as planned and we encourage you to join in the festivities at Concord Point Park.
