🚨 Snow Emergency Declared – Parking Restrictions in Effect 🚨

The City of Hays has officially declared a Phase 1 Winter Storm Traffic Emergency due to the incoming winter storm. Parking on all designated Emergency Snow Routes is now prohibited.

🚗 Vehicles Must Be Moved Immediately
Any vehicle parked on an Emergency Snow Route is subject to towing at the owner's expense. This ensures that city crews can clear streets efficiently and maintain safe passage for emergency vehicles.

🛑 What You Need to Know:
✔️ Check the Emergency Snow Route Map and relocate your vehicle immediately.
✔️ City crews are working to keep major roads open—please avoid unnecessary travel.
✔️ Conditions may continue to worsen—stay alert and prepared.
