We are sending our deepest condolences to the former owner, Wendy’s family, during this difficult time. A few days ago, on March 11, she passed away with her two daughters by her side. Her greatest joy in life was being a mother to her two girls she loved immeasurably.

Wendy had many friends in Hayward and it was asked that we share her passing but also celebrate her life with those that knew her. We know Wendy was a big part of Whiplash and who many loved to see when they came to stay. Wendy will be greatly missed by many of her friends.

Her funeral will be held this Friday, March 15th, at the Annunciation Church in Minneapolis, MN. There will be a visitation at 10am followed by her funeral service at 11am. A celebration of life luncheon/ happy hour will follow at Prima, a beautiful restaurant across the street. All are welcome to attend and honor Wendy's beautiful spirit.

Our Woods cabin is a three bedroom, two bathroom cabin that is 2,000 sq.ft. and a 30×40 ft. knotty pine great room/open kitchen design. The Woods is in the center of our property. It has a circular drive, large grassy area great for outdoor games and closest to our beach and boat house.

There's nothing like being in the outdoors! Whether it's spending time hiking, swimming, boating or whatever your favorite outdoor thing is, nature has a way of exciting us every time! The best way to capture the true beauty of nature is to get outdoors! Exposure to nature helps make you feel better emotionally. Twin Pines North. The Twin Pines gained its name by being nestled between two towering white pines located on the 10-acre peninsula of mature forest. The Twin Pines boast over 2,300 sq. ft of living space and have three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

All knotty pine, vaulted interiors, wood-burning fireplaces and vaulted screen porches add to the comfort and ambiance in these homes. It has two gathering rooms, including a lower level family room. The lower levels walk-out towards a private dock. Great fishing, on open water or on ice, is only steps from your door! The “Twin Pines” offers everything a small or large gathering would need to make them feel at home. We can’t wait to welcome you!
