The kitchen floor is being redone here at the Big House! We are grateful to the Jeff Davis County Board of Commissioners for helping fund this project. The Big House serves as an event venue for our county and the offices for Tourism, Hazlehurst-Jeff Davis County Chamber of Commerce, and the Development Authority of Jeff Davis County.

Join us March 29th for the first ever Altamaha River Panfish Tournament. It starts at 7 a.m. at Towns Bluff Park and Heritage Center. It's $50 per boat and two anglers per boat.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

What's your New Year's Resolution? Ours is to explore more of Hazlehurst and Jeff Davis County this year. Come stay at Towns Bluff Park on the banks of the beautiful Altamaha River. Have our director's favorite at Manna Cafe & Eatery, the El Camino, with fried green tomatoes and pimento cheese. Go hunting at Seven South Plantation!
