We've added a couple spinner rods for our guests to use when they visit. Grab'em and go. There is a small tackle and 4' rod with float are in the dockbox.

We have SO MANY pine cones at Periwinkle that we can't burn them all as fire pit starters. It was wonderful to get these pics from a recent visitor, a school teach in Connecticut, who made great use of some in her class room. Awesome reuse Jillann! Bring a dump truck next time :)

I love it when a plans comes together. Four plastic pallets, Five 55gallon barrels. These will make a small floating dock, I'm callling it the "yoga dock". I doubt I personally will be doing much yoga on it hahaha. I think I might also add a small battery and trolling motor, phase II.
These will sit in the barn until springtime.

Looking for Menhaden
A recent kayaking trip on a sunny day. looking around for signs of striper spawning, but its a little early
Recent trip to the end of Rock Hole Creek (7 mi)
3.5 mile trip out to Buoy 14 and back, found a curious otter, made some seagulls nervous, lot's of wind and waves on an otherwise beautiful day :)
Our Marsh lands were flooded enough to paddle into a temporary pond. Cleaned up some floating trash. :)
What's your winter look like? Book a couple days, if you need a boost 🙂👍 There are openings between now, through April. Only a couple hours to the East... Periwinkle on the River
