🍷Need a date night or a girl's night out? Enjoy live music from 1-5 pm Saturday, Jan. 18.
👑Come join the Winter Renaissance Festival where you will enter a medieval realm filled with food, dancing, live music and stories of old , Eagle Owl Castle this Sun., Jan. 19 10 am-4 pm. Tickets are required.
🦙Bring the family for a guided wildlife walk through tour . Tickets are required for this 45 min-1 hour guided tour this Sun., Jan. 19.

WHAT TO KNOW, before heading to Brasstown Bald during the off-season:

⚠️The roadway up to Brasstown Bald, GA HWY 180 Spur, has a gate controlled by the Georgia DOT which is closed in inclement weather. Follow their page: Georgia Department of Transportation

📍 You have the option to park and hike to the summit:
If the gate is closed at the GA HWY 180 Spur, you can park at Jack’s Gap and hike 2.5 miles on Jack’s K**b Trail to access the site. Please utilize the designated parking area and DO NOT park at the gate or block the roadway.

💕 Please help support the operations by paying the Day Use Fee utilizing the Fee Tube. Note that CXT and portable toilets will be available in the Brasstown Bald parking lot and on the summit. There will not be any potable water available on site, so come prepared with water.

The Adventure Bear scavenger hunt kicks off in March 2025, celebrating all the incredible places and businesses in our beautiful area.
