Sunday, Feb 23, open from 11:00 to 3:00pm*⁠
Saturdays: March 1 through April 19, open from 10:00 to 3:00pm*⁠
*All Day Visit tickets grant entrance between opening and 2:00 with your choice of specific arrival time. Check in at the ticket tent any time before 2:00, stay as late as 3:00.⁠
- Advanced ticketing preferred but not required⁠

Parking update: On-Site parking at Uhuburg is FULL.

THREE PARKING OPTIONS:
1. Cool River Tubing's Headwater's Outpost Located North of town. $10
Address: 112 Poplar Stump Road, Helen, GA

2. Helen Fun Factory Located between Uhuburg and Helen. $10
Address: 115 Escowee Dr, Helen, GA

3. Downtown Helen: Parking available (typically around $10)

SHUTTLE SERVICE is provided from:
- Parking lot at 112 Poplar Stump Road
- Fun Factory at 115 Escowee Drive

Shuttle service is provided between parking lots and Uhuburg grounds at 571 Ridge Rd.

Shuttle service is provided between the Meadow Village and Castle Courtyard.

Enjoy CastleFaire at both locations: Meadow Village off Ridge Rd and in the Castle Courtyard at the top of the hill.

Parking updates will be posted on Facebook & Facebook/Instagram stories during the festival. We recommend having one of your passengers check for the latest info as you approach Helen.

Basics
- Parking is mostly in off-site lots with shuttle service provided.
- Parking fees are not included with ticket purchase (typically up to $10).
- Shuttle service is included with tickets and is provided between parking lots and castle grounds and up to the castle entrance.

Red & white banner flags mark Uhuburg's entrance.
Parking opens 45 minutes before festival opens each day.
Ticket check-in begins 30 minutes before festival opens each day.
Updates will be put on Facebook posts and Instagram/Facebook Stories when lot is full.
Please do not expect to park on site after the lot is full.
Check-in at the white tent at the Meadow Village entrance.
Enjoy the Meadow Village performances and vendors, then take a shuttle to the upper level to enjoy the courtyard performers, vendors, & Uhuburg's castle grounds.

For 2 & 3: Park, check in and get your wristband with CastleFaire staff & volunteers while you wait for pick-up. A shuttle will run continuously starting just before festival opening time to & from Uhuburg. Shuttle drop-off is at the Meadow Village on Uhuburg's lower level grounds. Go to the white tent to enter the Meadow Village and enjoy the performances and vendors, then take a shuttle to the upper level and enjoy the courtyard performers, vendors, & Uhuburg's castle grounds.

4. Downtown Helen
Park downtown & enjoy the walk to Fun Factory at 115 Escowee Dr to catch the CastleFaire shuttle.​
