The Old Sautee Store is celebrating it’s 148th Christmas! This year, of course, will be memorable for many reasons, but the most memorable will surely be the incredible show of love and support from our many, many loyal friends and customers! THANK YOU...one and all! We will be open Christmas Eve from 10:00 till about 2:30, closed Christmas, and open 11:00 til 5:00 Saturday! Merry Christmas 2020 to all of you from all of us!

Another wonderful adventure in the Northeast Georgia Mountains!

Make sure you obtain a gorge floor permit at Tallulah Gorge State Park to hike the remarkable Sliding Rock Trail. Get up-close to Bridal Veil Falls deep within the gorge. The Sliding Rock Trail visits secluded sections of the gorge floor. The trail ends at Bridal Veil Falls. Here, the Tallulah River tumbles down an open rock outcrop creating the waterfall. Just below the falls, the river pools into a wonderful swimming hole and the only place where swimming is permitted within the gorge.
