Bubblegum Breeze 🍬🌬️
Ingredients:
2 oz (60 ml) vanilla vodka
1 oz (30 ml) blue curaçao
1 oz (30 ml) bubblegum syrup
1 oz (30 ml) fresh lemon juice
2 oz (60 ml) lemon-lime soda
Cotton candy for garnish
Ice cubes
Bubblegum balls for garnish
Pink sanding sugar (for ri***ng)
Instructions:
Rim a chilled hurricane glass with pink sanding sugar. Set aside.
In a cocktail shaker, combine vanilla vodka, blue curaçao, bubblegum syrup, and lemon juice with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well-chilled.
Fill the prepared hurricane glass with fresh ice cubes.
Strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.
Top off with lemon-lime soda and gently stir.
Place a large piece of cotton candy on top of the drink, allowing it to slightly overhang the glass.
Skewer 2-3 bubblegum balls and place them across the rim of the glass.
Serve immediately, encouraging guests to mix in the cotton candy before drinking for added sweetness and a color change effect.
