It’s been about a year since our family’s “Greatest Vacation Ever,” and I’m not exaggerating when I say we have reminisced about this place multiple times a week for the past year!

White Stallion Ranch in Arizona checked all our boxes! Besides the main attraction—as much horseback riding as you want—we were able to participate in rock climbing, e-biking, hiking, shooting, archery, swimming, nature walks and demonstrations, historical talks, watching a rodeo demonstration, line dancing lessons, watercolor lessons, cowboy singing and entertainment, and eating FABULOUS food! All the non-stop activities, 3 home-cooked meals a day plus all-day snacks (and coffee!), and lodging in adorable adobe guest houses are all included in the nightly rate. We’re staying at the beautiful Lighthouse Resort in Gulf Shores this week. Perfect location near shopping and restaurants, and very close to the Gulf State Park pier, so crowds are thinner. It’s a perfect week for weather!
