Tomorrow the sunny days will last much longer - due to the daylight savings changeover. And daytime temperatures hovering around 60 degrees. Yes, maybe, possibly, it might be Spring in the Mountains!

We are continuing to work on refurbishing the Farmhouse on our property. We are already renting the portion that is finished and continuing to improve it. The latest milestone is that the laundry room has had new bead-board installed on all the walls and ceiling and a new floor and MOST IMPORTANTLY, a washer and dryer. Still a bit of painting to do, but it is now functional. Our Farmhouse attracts guests for longer stays, so we are really glad to have this amenity functional. Time to think about the next project!
