Visit Hermann Recipe of the Month featuring Willie's Philly's Parmesan Peppercorn Dressing

Ingredients
2 cups Greek Yogurt
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
3 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp chopped Garlic
1 tbsp course Ground Black Pepper (or more to taste)

Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and enjoy on your fresh salads, veggie dip or on your BLTs.
2. Keeps refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.

Visit Hermann Recipe of the Month
Featuring Stone Hill Winery's Concord Wine Punch
Ingredients:
• 1 Orange
• 1 Lemon
• 1 Lime
• 1/4 cup Sugar
• 1 bottle Stone Hill Concord
• 1 bottle Lemon-Lime Soda
Directions:
1. Slice the orange, lemon and lime.
2. Marinate fruit slices for 24 hours in medium sugar syrup (1/4 cup sugar with enough water to cover the fruit slices).
3. Squeeze juices out of the fruit.
4. Fill a large punch bowl half full with cubed ice.
5. Pour the Stone Hill Concord wine, lemon-lime soda and fruit juice syrup over the ice. Let stand for about one hour, then serve.

Still haven't made plans for this afternoon/evening? Come to Hermann for the FilmFest at the Showboat Community Theatre in beautiful downtown Hermann!

Reminder - tomorrow, Saturday June 29th is the inaugural Hermann FilmFest!

Filmfest will be showing short films from Hermann and Missouri filmmakers. There will be three film categories: 5-10 minute short films, 10-20 minute short films, and animated short films. Doors will open at 11:00am with films starting at noon.

Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for kids ages 5-12, and Free for kids under 5. Tickets will be available from the box office the day of the show.
