The winner gets to harvest a bison. The whole class gets to participate in the harvest and uses their newly acquired skills to field dress the bison and pack it out. The meat is then prepared by our incredible chef for the whole lodge to enjoy! We also have other friendly competitions to see who gets the buffalo robe and skull.
