yay to a Universal Orlando Resort recap🥳
I’d first like to thank Share The Magic Travel for inviting me to this amazing FAM trip and to Universal Orlando Resort for hosting our agency!
I flew down on Tuesday morning and arrived at Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort around noon. I stayed in a Family Suite – Exterior Entry in the Thunderbird building. This room will sleep up to 6 people, so it's perfect for a larger family or anyone who likes extra space. The hotel has several places to eat, two pools, a lazy river, a bowling alley, a fitness studio, and an arcade.
Once I got all checked in I was able to head over to Universal’s Islands of Adventure. I spent most of the afternoon wandering around admiring the attention to detail they put into every corner of the property. Universal’s Islands of Adventure is home to iconic landmarks such as Hogwarts™ School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and thrill rides like Jurassic World VelociCoaster.
To end the evening we had a group dinner at Antojitos Authentic Mexican Food. I was a little nervous going into dinner since I’m not a very adventurous eater but everything was delicious!! I’m not kidding when I say I would fly back down just to have their guacamole. We had several options for an entree but I had a burrito with beef, rice, menonita cheese, topped with three chile and queso sauces. It was so good! For dessert I had a churro, which are arguably one of my favorite desserts ever. After dinner and hanging out with my STMT friends, I went to bed to prepare for a day full of tours, training, and park fun😴💗
May this holiday season bring you joy, hope, laughter and love!
Merry Christmas🤍
