REAL ID UPDATE:
TSA Issues Final Rule for REAL ID enforcement
Federal agencies, including the TSA, will begin REAL ID enforcement on the deadline, which is May 7, 2025. Starting that day, only state-issued driver’s licenses and identification cards that meet the security requirements established by the REAL ID Act will be permitted for official purposes, including boarding commercial aircraft.

REAL ID for US Flights:
Looks like it may actually be implemented this time, will keep you updated.

Beginning May 7, 2025, U.S. travelers will need a REAL ID-compliant form of identification to board domestic flights or enter certain federal facilities. By enforcing this new requirement, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) aims to enhance security by mandating that all state-issued IDs meet federal standards.

No need to apply if you have a US passport!!

✈️ New airline refund rules from the U.S. Department of Transportation now require automatic refunds for major changes or cancellations! You’ll also get refunds for fees like Wi-Fi, seat selection, or checked bags if they’re not delivered as promised (within 12 hours for domestic flights or 15-30 hours for international flights, based on flight length).
🚨 Important to note: Currently, Refunds for flights only if you don’t accept a rebooked flight or travel credit from the airline while in travel.
