We are look looking for a highly driven, passionate full-time employee that has a strong desire to help clients achieve their travel dreams.

Job Responsibilities:
• Cooperate with clients to determine their travel needs and advise them on travel destination options, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs, and accommodations
• Provide relevant information, brochures, and publications (e.g. guides, local customs, maps, website blogs, regulations, events, etc.) to travelers
• Create tailored-made travel packages; make hotel reservations; and collect payment/fees
• Leverage promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell travel packages
• Order brochures and magazines from partnered vendors
• Conduct data entry into our customer relationship management software (HubSpot) and maintain client files (e.g. contact information, potential travel dates, interests, etc.)
• Follow up with prospects/clients over phone/email
• Communicate with clients and partners through email and other communication channels (e.g. social media)
• Other tasks as required by the CEO
Required Skills:
• Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
• Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively
• Ability to develop rapport with customers
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
Desired Skills:
• Experience with social media marketing (email blogs and newsletters, Instagram/Facebook posts, etc.)
• Experience working with travel Customer Management Systems (e.g. Amadeus, Sabre, etc.)
• Experience working with Customer Relationship Management systems (e.g. HubSpot) is an advantage
Commitment:
• Work schedule is from Monday- Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday from 10am-1pm at the office
• New employees will have one Saturday off each month after having stayed at Run Away Travel for over two months
