The Building at 464 Main Street was first originated in 1982 with a mixed zoning plan of residential/commercial and is coming into full maturity and perfection in 2020. This is an attractive, classic timber frame structure located in the center of the upscale tourist village of Highlands, NC. In 2016, the building came under new ownership with a vision of creating the luxury accommodations that represent the style and sophistication that Highlands insists upon. The new proprietors of the property partnered with Futral Construction to create the ideal vacation housing at the very best location available. To enhance your guest experience, we have a structure of non smoking , pet free rooms filled with lush king size bedding, heated bathroom floors, and a private laundry room in every unit. We offer apartments with fully equipped kitchens, stylish yet comfortable lounging areas, a private deck and a bathroom for every bedroom conveniently tucked between Founders Park and Main Street.

The Lofts on Main Apartments are professionally managed by Futral Enterprises to ensure that every detail is complete before you arrive.
