Visited Takasago Sake Brewery in Asahikawa again! Good to learn about their sake making and how their sakes taste like. We tasted about 10 different sakes. One of da best and favorite Sake breweries in Japan. Nice people, too.

Visited Nikka’s 2nd whisky distillery, Miyagijkyo Sendai distillery with some of the Ohana and took a distillery tour with whisky tasting. Largest whisky distillery in Japan and was so beautiful! Miyagikyo 10 yo cask strength was so fruity & sweet and Oishi! Yosh
