Well …. We’re doing it again. Just closed today! We love our place at 425 Carolina Beach Club which we still have, but we’re excited to add our new spot. We have to honor all current reservations for the next 90 days, but then we’ll renovate this winter for a final interior reveal. For now enjoy the balcony view. 🏝️

Did anyone else hear that? Did you hear the cheers of joy from today's patrol? 🥳 Nest number one on Hilton Head appeared this morning!! This will be a great summer of finding , protecting and caring for all the nests on HHI. Sea Turtle patrol is your tireless volunteer group who has permit # MTP566 from SCDNR to perform this job! Later then usual, the nesting pair of Bald Eagles have returned to the Sea Pines Forest Preserve on Hilton Head island. They appear to be telling the neighborhood that they are back in this image. 12/17/2022

Rentals are full this season. We're going to miss not being able to go to our home away from home this Spring and Summer but hope the renters have a great time! Let us know if you stayed!

Saw a bunch of wildlife on Christmas Eve out biking towards Sea Pines before heading home. There were dolphins out in the water, a bunch of starfish on the beach, a crab, and a hawk diving in the water to catch a fish. Then we took the trails home to come across a deer. Love this place!

Did some more updating this week. We replaced all the glass in our windows and the sliding door and decided to change up the kitchen just a bit. Removed a cabinet from the far left, extended the backsplash all the way up, and put in floating shelves. We think it looks a lot better than our original design!

Welcome to 425 Carolina Beach Club, a 2 bed/2 bath condo on the beach in Hilton Head Island, SC. 1/2 mile down from Coliney Plaza & Celebration Park, we are within walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Amenities are shared with Hilton's Ocean Oak Resort, including an oceanfront pool, a secondary pool, hot tub, pool bar, grills and fitness center.

The first sight that made us go under contract🤣. We wanted a fixer, and we got just that. All original 1981 bathrooms, floors, cabinets, fixtures, wallpaper, etc. The view, location,and amenities though😍
