Our new pool at Hilton head beach villas on S. Forest Beach Dr. in Hilton head South Carolina looks fantastic. It has a great zero entry, bubblers, and spray jets.  it even has lap lanes for you to get exercise and enjoy. We still have one week open in July and two weeks in August. Our villa on South Forest Beach Dr Hilton Head Island would be perfect for your family vacation. We have weeks available in June and July 2024. We are a small oceanfront complex, our villa is 5 down from the beach, you can see the ocean from our side window and balcony. Our complex is just 1/2 mile south of Coligny. Brand new ZERO ENTRY POOL opening this May. Currently taking rentals for this summer. Limited June weeks available but plenty of July weeks including the 4th of July week. Besides the pool lots of upgrades made this winter. Both upper bedrooms have king beds now, one is a brand new mattress and box spring. Lower level bedroom has a queen and twin now with new headboards and comforters. Oceanfront complex, from our patio, walk through the courtyard, over the boardwalk and you are on the beach. A lot of updating this year. Now both upstairs bedrooms have king beds. And the lower level bedroom has a queen and a twin. Including the sofa bed we can now sleep 9. Still have weeks available in June, July and August for rentals.

New pool coming in April 2024 to our complex, Hilton Head Beach Villas on South Forest Beach!! We are excited!!! Twice the size of the current pool, with a zero entry for all the little ones!! Come and rent this summer and enjoy the new and expanded pool area.

Some pictures from our last trip to HHI. The purple grass in the dunes area was beautiful with the bright sun shining on it. Blue skies, plenty of sunshine October a wonderful time to visit.

Update: August weeks are taken We still have availability at our condo in Hilton Head Island SC August 5 - August 19. It is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom sleeps 8. Oceanfront complex just 1/2 mile south of Coligny on South Forest beach. Perfect location. The complex has a pool and a large grassy courtyard perfect to kick a soccer ball around. We are starting to book rentals for summer 2023. Oceanfront complex just 1/2 mile from Coligny. No roads to cross to get to the beach. 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, tri-level villa. New stainless steel kitchen appliances. Balcony off the main living area and patio with charcoal grill off the lower level living area. Large grassy courtyard where kids can play frisbee, catch or soccer. Then cross over the boardwalk onto the beautiful beach. Message me for rates

Thanksgiving week available, all of November is available for rental. 3 bedrooms (king, queen, twin) 3 bathrooms. Oceanfront complex, we are a very easy walk to the beach, across the grassy courtyard, over the boardwalk and onto the beach. Easy 1/2 mile walk to Coligny, where you have access to bars, restaurants and shops. Perfect location.

We only have 1 week available yet for summer rentals. May 29 - June 4. What a wonderful time to enjoy the gorgeous beach, fun activities and plenty of sunshine.
