For those who are beginning to fine tune their 2024 vacation plans, please consider our Direct Oceanfront One Bedroom (Breakers) and two Bedroom (Ocean One) villas as your vacation accommodation. By booking directly with me, the owner, you will avoid additional third-party fees. However, neither Association is pet friendly.

Our #115 and #125 Breakers One-bedroom villas continue to be a popular favorite for singles, couples and small families.

Our #505 Ocean One, 5th floor two Bedroom Penthouse is perfect for both small and larger families or friends. As an update, The Ocean One complex is undergoing a Four Million Dollar renovation which is scheduled for completion this upcoming Spring. Past visitors to Ocean One will be amazed at its transformation!

A major upgrade to our two bedroom, Direct Oceanfront Penthouse, 505 Ocean One, has just been completed! Its ready for your Spring and Summer vacation!

Happy New Year to my past Hilton Head guests and all other friends. My current snowbird guest in 505 Ocean One unfortunately has cancelled the remainder of their winter stay due to personal reasons. They have been great guests and friends, having spent several past winters enjoying the Villa.

As a result, this Direct Oceanfront, Two Bedroom Villa is now available beginning today and through March and early April. If interested in a last minute weekly or longer stay, please contact me and I will be happy to provide a quote as well as answer any questions you might have.

As an update, I completed a major upgrade to 505 Ocean One this past December. This upgrade includes new flooring and baseboards throughout, new paint throughout, new toilets, new closet doors, and more. Place looks fantastic! Pictures will be posted at a later date.

It’s Official! The sale of our Three Bedroom, Direct Oceanfront Villa is complete. It was a great run with 313 Ocean One… but it was just time. Thanks to all of our past guests who have enjoyed their Hilton Head vacations in this Villa. Your consideration and support over the years has always been appreciated.

We still have room for everyone in our Direct Oceanfront One and Two Bedroom Hilton Head Villa’s. Our two Bdrm (505 Ocean One) as well as our one bedroom (115 and 125 Breakers) Villa’s are ready to accommodate your 2021 vacations.
